| The Beautiful, Deadly SpiderA Simple GameThe Spider's WebIGN: Lily G. Name: Trucy Holiday Alias: N/A Age: 15 Gender: Female Alignment: Rebellious Rival - Personality:
Trucy is a cynical and acerbic young girl, speaking directly and bluntly about her feelings on the situation or another person, with little regard to the feelings of her listeners. She's not particularily fond of other humans, usually finding herself in groups purely by mistake or happenstance, and merely being too uncaring to actually make any attempt at removing herself from that group, such was how she made most of the friends in her life. On the other hand, she doesn't mind the company of Pokemon, especially quiet ones who don't bother her so much. She enjoys researching technology, both software and hardware, and has a knack for both inventing and programming.
What a fucking nerd.
- Biography:
Trucy was born in the always busy Castelia City in the Unova region. As the daughter of a higher-up in a robotics corporation, Trucy had access to rather advanced technology from an early age, and such things like little robot Pokemon comprised most of the toys she played with as a little girl. It wasn’t long until she took an interest with taking apart and putting back together the devices that her dad gave her. The mechanics of how all the parts moved and worked fascinated her curious young mind, and she began spending a great deal of her free time dissecting the machines and figuring out what did what. Although she could never get the grasp of the little robots her dad brought home, she soon began figuring out the basics of engineering, and made lots of simple little inventions to amuse herself. As she spent more and more time alone in her room, tinkering with contraptions, she became distant from her family, and even more distant from everyone else. She became a recluse, usually only coming out of her room to eat, and even that was something she often neglected to do. Nobody else mattered. They weren’t as smart as her, they didn’t understand her, and they did nothing but bother her and distract her from what she actually enjoyed doing.
In time, Trucy’s obsessions would only grow. Unsatisfied with just inventing, she deigned to apply her brilliance to other topics. She poured more and more time into other pursuits, studying everything she could. Chemistry, medicine, Pokemon, she even spent time researching some occult nonsense. Her experiments grew more wild, as she started tinkering with a chemistry set, playing around with dangerous chemicals like they were children’s toys. Which, to her, they were. She didn’t care about the risks, or even what end result she was actually reaching towards. She wanted to try everything. She wanted to learn everything. And one day, she knew, she would be able to show the world her genius, and she would be acknowledged for the brilliant girl she is.
One day, seeking greater heights, Trucy left her home for LaRousse city, where she’d gotten a scholarship for a junior trainer program. An academy like that was the perfect place to continue her studies, after all. She scarcely said a word as she left her home, leaving her family and everyone she had known in Unova behind, like they were nothing.
